Spin Class
My roommate/best friend, Stephanie, have been to quite a few spin classes in our attempt to get in shape and better our eating habits. 10% Goal
I have FINALLY hit my 10% goal .. I now weigh exactly 180lbs :)  the last couple weeks have been difficult, but I feel like I’m finally getting back on track!  In February I plan on either getting a gym membership or buying WiiFit. I will probably go with a gym membership because I will feel more obligated and motivated to work out. We’ll see though!

Oh goodness me...
Sorry I haven’t blogged at ALL this past week. It’s been extremely busy this week with school and everything.  I am down a total of 7.8lbs and I feel amazing!! Next meeting will be the introduction to the NEW WW Program.. Not sure how I feel about this, but time will tell!! I’m just about to do some homework and then head to bed, but blogs should be back to normal starting...

so sorry i haven’t posted the last couple of days..  this week has been insanely busy!  monday i had a retreat, tuesday i had an english test, wednesday i have an essay due and a biology test, thursday i have a religion test and friday i have part one of an assignment due!  posts should be back to normal come thursday!  stay postitive, Emily.

November 26, 2010 - Mom's birthday!
Breakfast: - english muffin w/ peanut butter - tea  Lunch: - turkey sub on flatbread from subway! w/ baked lays Dinner: - turkey club sandwich w/ sweet potato fries  As you can see, I did not snack at all today, which I am pretty happy about.
