Spin Class

My roommate/best friend, Stephanie, have been to quite a few spin classes in our attempt to get in shape and better our eating habits. Today at 3:10pm we went to spin class and I am so glad that we went! Spin classes are such a fantastic workout and really get your heart pumping. They have upbeat music and enthusiastic instructors that are there to pump you up and get you motivated. Spin classes are definitely my favourite type of workout and I encourage everyone to try this at least once because it is such a great workout! Hope everyone is doing well on their journey to a better lifestyle!

Freshman 20 ….

Since going away to University I have definitely put on more weight than I needed to and am now back at my starting point from around last Christmas. I’ve grown really close to my roommate and we decided that we are fed up with simply gaining weight and we are going to make a few changes. Since I was on Weight Watchers before, I had my mom send all of my books and tools that we will need to get back on track and get some weight off. I have just taught her everything she needs to know about starting WW and we’re very eager to get started tomorrow! 

Right now we are setting goals and rewards for ourselves to motivate us even more! I will be tracking my progress and I’m going to try to convince her to start a blog about her journey to a healthier life style as well! Its not going to be an easy journey but having someone by your side to suffer along with you is a great help! 

I hope whoever is reading this will be inspired to change their lives and get on track to a whole new you!

10% Goal

I have FINALLY hit my 10% goal .. I now weigh exactly 180lbs :) 

the last couple weeks have been difficult, but I feel like I’m finally getting back on track! 

In February I plan on either getting a gym membership or buying WiiFit. I will probably go with a gym membership because I will feel more obligated and motivated to work out. We’ll see though!
